For NSFW i won't draw animal genitalia or feral characters, Will only do fantasy or human genitalia.

payment must be upfront or after sketch, if not paid after the sketch it will be used for ychs or personal projects.

i can do payment plans for commissions of more than $150, must have at least something upfront.

you can resell/trade my designs with no time limit just let me know if you're gonna co-own so i can comfirm the other profile on toyhouse.

please don’t sell designs that have being received through a trade unless you added money worth by adding your own art or art you commissioned, can't be traded or gifted art tho.

don’t copy my designs, referencing and inspiration is totally fine but straight up copy and tracing no.

you don't need to have a toyhouse to own my designs but if you do you must not keep them hidden or at least authorize me or let me know who owns them if you put them in private.

Please if you have a toyhouse, you must credit me properly as the designer else you will be blacklisted as i had very bad experiences with people scamming with my designs in there. the credit must be my toyhouse not a link to my other socials.

if you bought one of my designs, you bought all the rights to this character, even comercial rights, feel free to use it for whatever you want! if you do something big with them i would love to see !

always credit me as the designer even if it’s a custom or redesign

(i had people not crediting me for this or not crediting me as the one who redesigned an old character you must credit both designers in that case)

never delete the reference i did for one of my designs or my

credit (you can put the old design and credit on another tab tho if you completely redesign them)

if you redesign my designs that's ok just keep them a bit recognizable.

Please if you bid on an adopt don't Ghost me when you have to pay or don't backout bids you will be blacklisted.
