you can resell/trade my designs with no time limit.

you may not sell a design that was obtained through trade. The trade was a choice made with full knowledge of both characters’ values, and no money was spent to acquire the design. Allowing resale in this case would be unfair to future buyers, as they would be paying for something that was originally received for free. (Your art counts as monetary value)

don’t copy my designs, referencing and inspiration is totally fine but straight up copy and tracing no.

you don't need to have a toyhouse to own my designs.

Please if you have a toyhouse, you must credit me properly as the designer.

if you bought one of my designs, you bought all the rights to this character, even comercial rights, feel free to use it for whatever you want! if you do something big with them i would love to see !

always credit me as the designer even if it’s a custom or redesign

(i had people not crediting me for this or not crediting me as the one who redesigned an old character you must credit both designers in that case)

if you redesign my designs that's ok just keep them a bit recognizable.
